Hello, Bodybuilders. I have spent quite some time working on my physique transformation and I want to take it to the next level by packing on as much muscle as my frame can hold. I have no idea what a "realistic" goal might be, natty or not. I'd like to make gains as quickly as possible, but I understand that these things take time. My weight loss journey has taught me patience and persistence, even during times of maximum effort and minimum reward.
I'm 6'2", 175lb, and not too fat. Ideally, I would like to keep fat gain to a minimum.
What size should I aim for?
How long should I expect to train to reach that goal?
How much and how clean should I eat to gain size without getting fat?
What are some good ways I can meet local bodybuilders to train with and learn from?
