Anyways here is my situation: I have PTSD and depression and these have both affected my ability to lose weight as a whole because I have to taken Wellbutrin and Abilify in order to help stabilize my mood and to help with depression. For a while I put myself on a diet to lose weight and I tried every diet I could and none of them helped me lose weight. I did a lot of research and it turns out that the Abilify was preventing from losing weight, so I stopped taking it and lowered my carb and calorie intake and walked and exercised daily for miles and within a month I lost 20lbs. The problem with not taking the Abilify is became super depressed and could not function, so now I had to take it again but I am trying to switch medicines so I can begin the process again to lose weight and get in better shape. Usually this is after exhaustion or tiredness. Forearm muscle spasm after EZ bicep curl MrBrave When using the EZ bar I grip the bar at the outer/wider area. Later on during the day if I'm on the phone or something my forearms (just by my arm joints) seize up or I get muscle spasm. If I adjust my grip and have it towards the narrower/centre part of the EZ bar there issue stops or its not as sharp/ frequent when using the wider grip. I ensure I'm fully hydrated and this only occurs on arm days. Is there any advice anyone can give in what our I could be doing wrong? The same applies with a straight bar (it started with the straight bar so I moved to an EZ bar) I have filmed myself but to me so looks on point..... Pics included...continue with cut? livindagym Heres where im at. 41 yrs old, 6’. 170. Been eating in a deficit for awhile. Since last Dec/Jan. The last few lbs hav been a struggle. Major hunger, mood swings, lack of energy, joint pain, tendonitis. The past couple weeks ive allowed myself somewhat of a diet break and hunger is a bit better. Problem is im worried ive screwed up my metabolism, along with just feeling sick of feeling small, clothes fitting looser and looser, ppl commenting how small i am now, in gym getting tired of just trying to maintain my strength while watching some lifts decrease slightly. Im unsure of what this could be bodyfat percentage-wise. Maybe 11-12? 10? I cant still pinch that area on lower abs and also my lower back. Im just worried how much more weight/muscle id have to lose to get rid of this? Or is it time to just move forward with a slow lean bulk? My lifts arent that impressive and i have pathetic squat numbers/small legs that i really want to bring up...

Forearm tendonitis?

Forearm tendonitis? Mac20nine Was on a full body workout 3 times a week all summer and had an ongoing issue w/my forearms aching, 'top' of arm from elbow to about halfway to wrist. Probably started after too much hammer curls in late Spring. Got better so started some preacher curls in June, but stopped all bicep exercises as both sides started bothering me. Just jumped to a PPL and eating jello every day and they feel like they're getting better. I've also read not to completely cut out an exercise if you suspect tendonitis so I've been doing light bicep exercises. I hope this clears up, plan to ease back into only machine and/or concentration curls, and believe the rest of my routine won't negatively impact biceps too much.
