Counting calories with AppleWatch + inBody Scan
Counting calories with AppleWatch + inBody Scan userCA96KJBU4TD
So I have invested in an AppleWatch in hopes of better understanding my calories burned in one day.
I have a feeling some people on this forum would have done the same thing and would know how this process works and if it is an accurate way to go about this.
If my "Move" in the fitness app on the AppleWatch is saying I burned 871 calories..
and I have used an inBody scan (Electric Body Fat and Lean Muscle Mass Analysis) is saying my Basal Metabolic Rate is 1791..
Would I be able to add the 871 + 1791 to aquire the sum of my total calories for maintenance if this is my everyday average amount of calories?
