Exercises for possible pelvic misalignment?

Exercises for possible pelvic misalignment? seandavidrichar
Not shore if this is a pelvic issue or not.when I try to sit on the ground my back naturally wants to lean backwards.I feel a lot of strain in my hamstrings if I try to straighten my back with legs out in front.My wife said it looks like I sit on my lower back and not my butt. Anyone know what my issue might be and what exercises might help correct it.
