Feedback on my Routine? Or1ginal1ty
What do you think of my routine (every 2 days I do)
30 pull ups
100 Weighted Dips (15 lbs dumbbell I hold between thighs)
125 Push Ups
60 Dumbell Rows (45lb)
60 Dumbell Bench Press (40 lbs)
Stair Machine (10 mins level 8-9 speed out of 10)
TBH I'm just doing exercises I know & am familiar with. Anything I should adjust, remove, or add to it? Willing to learn anything.
