Gained 6-8 lbs of muscle in 20 days?!

Gained 6-8 lbs of muscle in 20 days?! Histly
So, I recently just got back into working out, and I have been aiming to lean bulk including all needed micro nutrients, lots of lean meats, every day a cup of spinach, carbs, and so on, also limiting my sugar intake. I've recently weighed myself and see around a 8lb difference from around 20-25 days ago. That being said, I also do look a bit leaner in my body and face. Is this "possible"? (NO SUPPLEMENTS OR ANYTHING, just plant-based protein powder)

My routine -
Chest, with triceps along with some bicep stimulation to increase blood flow
Arms, with biceps focals and shoulders
Legs and light
Rest
