New to working out, Wants tips on exercises. (owned equipment listed) Coagulate
HELLO! I am new to working out and looking for recommendations on certain exercises to do.
I am Currently 19 years old and want to start working out to better my self and have a hobby.
I am 6'1 and weigh 185 (unless my scale is lying) I appear quite skinny.
my main goal is to gain more strength overall and maybe appear better on the upper body, my legs are naturally decent thankfully (also due to my job using legs a lot lifting)
In my basement I have access to:
A bench with a bar (including more weights then I could ever bench)
Adjustable dumbbells' up to 80Lbs that goes in tens
A curl bar (with waves in it, whatever you call that)
A multi grip bar
A hex bar
A Bolted down landmine attachment
An attachment on the bench to do preacher curls
Many different resistance bands
An adjustable kettlebell up to 50LBs
A small calf machine that you can add weights to
That is all I can think of right now, its a pretty sweet setup. I am looking specifically for the best exercises to grow my chest and arms, but would also appreciate leg workouts.
any information for someone new to working out is also appreciated. If you have any questions I will be sure you respond to you. Thanks! look forward to getting better every day.
