Starting from scratch reynoldsrider
So I recently lost ~35 lbs, now that i've accomplished my weight loss goals, I want to put on a good amount of muscle. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing with regards to workouts/supplements and everything and there are too many resources out there but I've been told this is a great place to get advice. I'm looking for a fairly intensive workout regimen for someone who has no idea what they are really doing concerning weight lifting.
The caveat is that I can't really join a gym at the moment but I do have some dumbells at home, so anything that would work with that/bodyweights. I'm moving in a few months at which point i'll be able to but for now, I'm looking for something to get into and stay committed to. Any advice would be super appreciated.
