Am I overtraining?

Am I overtraining? Vas9309
Hello everyone. For the past week I've been really not in the mood for training which is weird for me. I started one of the fierce intermediate programs and I've been doing it for two months and half (had one deload for that time being which was like 4 weeks ago) and I gained good numbers on the weights in all of the exercises but for the past week I've noticed my strength has declined and I feel really exhausted and tired, in a lot of my exercises my strength has lowered. Anyway with this program I gained a lot of strength, and I've been following the it ever since I started it but lately I somehow couldn't go anymore with the progression, as for every second week I had to raise the weight, and I got to a point where I couldn't do that on every exercise. The last week I failed on the bench then I took two days off and then did legs, my squat as usual (115 kg) was okayish but then on the leg press it was a disaster, usually I would do 10 and 11 reps with 190 kg and on that day I could only do 6 reps with 180 kg, I felt like that weight would crush me. I also feel kinda mentally down and especially now as I feel I've failed my workout, I'm scared I may gain more fat than I'd want to if I take one week rest. I track my calories and macros, I'm at 3400 calories diet (usually around 3700-3800 on working out days), I've slept always at least 8-9 hours. My protein intake was never lower than 160g per day and 180-190g on working out days, my carbs usually would've been around my goal as well but my fats always went beyond, however I was almost always around my target numbers, I'm 84 kg, 178 cm and I've been trying to gain some weight, the aim was 86 kg, which is why my calories intake was higher. Can anyone help me find out the reason behind all that? And should I take one week off? Thanks in advance.
