Hey guys. I'm just looking to get some input from those of you who like to work out " at some crazy hour " . Due to the pandemic and also just loving to have the gym to myself, I like to arrive at the gym by 3:30am. All the gyms in Miami that were 24 hrs are no longer 24 hrs. Even 24 hours fitness lol. The ones that were now don't open until around 7am on the weekends and 5am on Mondays.
Here is my question. If you are dealing with a similar situation ( where your gym is not open 24 hrs 7 days a week ) do you
A) still get up at the same time every day and do other things until your gym opens
or
B) sleep in and get up right before your gym opens
From what I understand it's best to go to sleep and get up around the same time each day so the changing opening hours of the gym has got me irked. When I get up before the gym I have some C4 to get me going but don't like it if I'm not going to work out so it's hard to drag myself out of bed when I'm not going to the gym right away.
I'd love to hear how you guys deal with it.
Thank you!
