So my problem is that I always seem to have fat around the gut I just can't shift. This is a real pain in the arse for me. Literally I don't think I have any fat anywhere else just around the gut. So it literally seems to mean that I would have to hit a pretty low body fat content ratio to get rid of it. I already have a pretty good diet of pasta, rice, vegetables, chicken, vegetables like runner beans, sweet corn, cauliflower, brocali, etc.

Admittedly I don't exercise throughout the week as in down the gym or jogging along the road but I have to work I can't just chuck work in and do gym stuff all the time as I need money to live on. I do building work for 4 days per week (various tasks, light & heavier blockwork tasks). I also do security guarding for 2 days a week. The other two days I and doing jobs around the house in the garden & running around in the car getting stuff. So while it's not the most active I wouldn't exactly say it is an inactive lifestyle either.

So I don't really know what to do to get rid of the belly fat. I think sometimes muscle exercises there can make it look even worse as any muscle built tends to push the fat ontop out more.

I think I'm pretty unfortunate genes wise as all my fat seems to be concentrated there. Even my ass seems to have little fat. I basically have a small ass and to be honest I would prefer the fat to go there at least it wouldn't show so much and would make sitting on hard surfaces less painful. I'm 6ft tall and can get down to about 13.5 stone but that's about it as even then I can feel lacking in energy and don't seem to be able to get down any further in weight or do much more in terms of exercise. Even around that it can feel a bit under strain at times. Often though I can go up to 14 stone. Either way whatever I do the belly fat seems to stay there. So any ideas guys? I've looked at the sticky on general fat loss but I really don't think I would be able to keep up squats & benching without my brain falling asleep of boredom, I just don't think I could keep that up. Other stuff I would consider but like I said I'm not sure how much further I could push out the exercise I already do in my days.
