Crafting ideal (ish) body in mid-40s xmtone
Don't worry... much of the hard part is done. I've shed 50 pounds to get to a respectable 10-11% body fat, and I love my flat stomach!

Of course, I am undermuscled, and nothing's popping. I don't care about size, just the shreddy look, and I need some more strength. I refuse to go back into the fat gain cycle. So, how can I eat and exercise to add a reasonable amount of muscle (strength enough will come naturally) without putting the fat back on?
