Forearm muscle spasm after EZ bicep curl MrBrave
When using the EZ bar I grip the bar at the outer/wider area.

Later on during the day if I'm on the phone or something my forearms (just by my arm joints) seize up or I get muscle spasm.

If I adjust my grip and have it towards the narrower/centre part of the EZ bar there issue stops or its not as sharp/ frequent when using the wider grip.

I ensure I'm fully hydrated and this only occurs on arm days.

Is there any advice anyone can give in what our I could be doing wrong? The same applies with a straight bar (it started with the straight bar so I moved to an EZ bar) I have filmed myself but to me so looks on point..... Could it be that I have weak forearms and therefore I need to train them?
