Forearm tendonitis?
Forearm tendonitis? Mac20nine
Was on a full body workout 3 times a week all summer and had an ongoing issue w/my forearms aching, 'top' of arm from elbow to about halfway to wrist. Probably started after too much hammer curls in late Spring. Got better so started some preacher curls in June, but stopped all bicep exercises as both sides started bothering me.
Just jumped to a PPL and eating jello every day and they feel like they're getting better. I've also read not to completely cut out an exercise if you suspect tendonitis so I've been doing light bicep exercises.
I hope this clears up, plan to ease back into only machine and/or concentration curls, and believe the rest of my routine won't negatively impact biceps too much.
Would anyone have any other tips that might help this problem improve?
