I'm 40 now and feel so freaking old!

I'm 40 now and feel so freaking old! keinokie
I can't believe it but I'm actually 40 years old

Parts of me still feels mentally in my late 20s but there are parts of me that feels like I'm in my 50s or more

The only thing keeping me sane is staying fit and every year it feels like my friends are growing away from me with their life responsibilities

Anybody else ever feel like this like you want to be young but in reality you are actually old?
