Limited equipment in apartment gym, will this routine hit everything? bulldog91
My apartment has a gym, which is convenient, but it only has a few standard pieces of equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, some lighter barbells with fixed weights), with no heavy barbells. Will this workout hit the full body? Obviously there will be limits to progress without heavy barbells but for now my time is limited and I'm just looking to maintain muscle while I cut.
Kettlebell swings (hip hinge)
Kettlebell front squats (squat movement)
Pushups (Horizontal push)
Pullups (Vertical Pull)
Military Press (Vertical push)
Row machine (Horizontal Pull)
Abs
I think that hits everything, anything I should add or subtract?
