Hi, I’m currently doing a 4 day upper lower split routine and was looking for some feedback on the routine
Upper body workout 1;
Bench press
Chest dip
Cable Chest flys
Landmine press or press ups
Pull ups
Back row
Face pulls
Overhead press
Tricep pulls
Z bar curls
Hammer curls
Leg workout 1;
Deadlift
Leg press
Leg extension
Split lunges
Back squat
Calf raises
Abs to finish

Lat pull down
Back dumbbell rows
