What are some ways for effective fatloss/ overcome a weight loss plateau? badmashdude
Hi I am 5'6 , 29years old
Weight: 64 kg
Macronutrient breakup :
Protein : 100-140 g
Fat :30-55 g
Carbs: 140-190 g
Fiber : 25-35 g
I follow a decent diet and eat around 1600 kcal. I train 6 days except sunday and do moderate 5-10min cardio daily. I was initially 70kg 3-4 months back when I started off Seems like I have hit plateau now as for the past two week I don't see much difference when I look myself in the mirror or on the weighing scale
My calorie count is bit low , I don't want to lower my kal again . So would it be good if I do cardio daily or incorporate HIIT? The question is how much cardio one should do ? I don't want to overdo this causing any health issue as I am already anaemic.
My goal is to hit below 60kg , and get a flat stomach I have a good amount of muscle mass but have few amount of fats in lower belly back and neck areas. Also I only drink 2-3L should I increase my water intake as well ? Is it possible to maximise fatloss without cutting down the kal.
