What muscles would endurance vs hypertrophy rep ranges create?
What muscles would endurance vs hypertrophy rep ranges create? MJ1111
I’m a bit confused on how many reps I should be doing for my goal. I am a dancer which requires both a lot of endurance and strength so I want to improve both of those things, and I’m wanting to do body recomp losing fat while gaining muscle rather than bulk and cut… I have been avoiding hypertrophy rep range because I do not want to build big muscles. Do muscles built from endurance vs strength vs hypertrophy rep ranges look different and how so? I have been doing endurance range so like 15-20 reps because I thought it would create leaner muscle but I just read somewhere that that will pump my muscles full of fluid causing sacroplasmic hypertrophy which is definitely not what I want. What range will give the most compact and lean muscles?
