Anyone ever deal with a knee meniscus tear?

Anyone ever deal with a knee meniscus tear? lonestareagle55
Im 41 and have this dull achy pain on the inside of my left knee. Went to an ortho 2 weeks ago and did a MRI and he said its a small tear in the meniscus but not a full bucket handle/turnover tear

said its a quality of life thing and he can scope it if i need to. Ive read where surgery isnt always the best option but it hurts like hell and its waking me up at night.


Any feedback is appreciated.
