Help picking New Program

Hi All,

Hoping to get some suggestions of programs. I've fell into this lazy freelance style of lifting, not routine, not increasing weight etc. kind of just going to go. Need to snap out of it.

Goal is to gain lean mass. I've heard of jim wendler but I'd like to go more than 3 days a week and that seems strictly strength building. I'm looking for a blend.

Anyone know any names of programs I can look into?

Free or paid, I'm open to it.
