Pull Up is one of the hardest exercise among bodyweight exercises . The reason is that the pull ups require much more skill than, say, pulling on a lat machine. The key problem when it comes to flexion is the fact that you have to be strong enough to lift your weight using your upper body muscles. While there are certain ways to reduce the weight you need to lift, the fact remains that you need to be quite strong to perform the pull ups.

Yes, pull-ups are definitely an exercise you need to include in your work program. This has also been shown by several studies that have shown that push-ups, compared to many other exercises, including various variations of rowing and pulling, require much greater activation of the back muscles, such as:

*Latissimus dorsi
*Trapezius (upper, middle and lower part)
*Shoulder and arm muscles (depending on the grip, but you can load the biceps brachii extremely well and with quality with a grip)
